My Message

Having overcome mental health problems of my own, I understand the high priority of good mental health. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, the most two common disorders that affect women are depression and anxiety. That’s why I have created a system that helps women manage and master their disorder and find purpose so they can live successful and meaningful lives.

I am truly passionate about leading individuals to a happier and healthier life. As a coach, my goal is to assist my clients to transform themselves from ordinary to extraordinary.

Hi, I am Tierra Wilson, a Mental Strength Empowerment Coach.

At the age of 13, I started coaching in an alternative school. I had been thrown out of 3 schools, which landed me in Juvenile Justice Alternative Education. There I felt at ease, the girls and I felt safe sharing our stories, which then was nothing more than an outlet to handle the anger and hurt we carried. I was available to lend a shoulder, and advice and we created a sisterhood. It felt good being able to relate on so many levels and there was never judgment passed. I was assigned a mentor there, and she told me “Tierra you are a leader, these girls look up to you. Now, if you can lead them to do wrong, then you can lead them into doing right.”

I always knew I was different; I knew I wanted to do something major and make something of myself. But life took its course I had children and fell into an abusive relationship, and at that moment I found myself asking GOD “Why me”! As I sat alone in a dark room sobbing he told me “You have to because your testimony will help many”. I didn’t know how but I decided that I wanted more so I decided to go back to school.

Here I am with my Bachelor’s in Social Work, a mother of 4 beautiful and unique children, and engaged to the love of my life. I spend my days coaching women who suffer from mental health disorders on how to quickly take back power and reclaim their lives by implementing the Roadmap to Purpose & Success- 3-step framework.
